Who are the Friends?
The Friends of Woodstock Public Library are students, career people, and retirees with one thing in common: they love the library and promote and support its services.
What do 'Friends' do?
Since their founding in 1999, the 'Friends' have raised money for:
- Computers in the children's area
- A projection screen for the meeting room
- A framed portrait of a beloved former Chief Librarian (Lee Bennett)
- The library gardens
- Wooden chairs throughout the library

Meetings
2nd Wednesday of the month, September to June, 5:00 p.m. in the Library Meeting Room.
It's easy to become a 'Friend'
No membership fee required.
Ask for a membership form at the Circulation Desk.
