Say hello to Creativebug! With your WPL library card, you can now access Creativebug, an online learning platform that provides thousands of crafting and DIY courses including sewing & textiles, needlecrafts, painting, and much more!

What You Need

To use Creativebug on a Computer

  • An internet connection to stream the content 
  • A computer or laptop with recent operating system
  • An up-to-date internet browser such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, or Edge.

To use Creativebug on a Smartphone or Tablet

  • A mobile device with Android 4.4+ or later or iOS 10.0+ or later and can be accessed through the Google Play Store (Android) and App Store (Apple)
  • A wireless connection to download or stream the content*
  • Please note: you will need to set up your Creativebug account before accessing the app. Please see the instructions on setting up an account below.

 

* Using wireless internet cellular data is not recommended as streaming/downloading multimedia content can consume a lot of bandwidth. Wireless internet access is available at the Woodstock Public Library.
 

Create your Account

  • Go to the Woodstock Public Library Creativebug website.
  • Enter your library card number and PIN.
  • You will see the word "Success" on the page.
  • Fill in the required fields and click on submit.
  • You can now use your email and password to log in to the Creativebug app in addition to the web version.

  • A large and ever-growing collection of digital (video) courses, covering: knitting, crochet, art & design, paper, sewing, quilting, jewelry, kids, food & home, holiday & party.
  • Daily Practice classes
  • Certificates of completion for course content
  • Personalized recommendations based on user selection
  • Accessibility options, including transcripts for videos and .pdf downloads of course content and patterns.
