Mango Languages Guide

What is Mango Languages?

Mango is a language learning application with courses in over 70 languages, including ESL courses from 20+ non-English languages. 

The courses are interactive and cover pronunciation, grammar, and vocabulary.

There is no limit to the use of Mango Languages.

Getting Started

You will need:

  • A valid WPL library card
  • The Mango app downloaded on your device of choice, or internet access on your personal computer.

Mobile Device: Get the Mango Languages App

From your phone or table, download the app appropriate for your device:

Desktop Computer: Access Mango Languages online

From your desktop computer, open a browser and navigate to www.mangolanguages.com.

Create an Account and Connect to the Library

Once you have opened the app or navigated to the Mango Languages website, follow these steps to create your account and beginning your language-learning journey!

  • create an account using your email address and your own password (you may need to select a language first, but you can change this selection at any time once registration is complete)
  • Agree to the terms and conditions
  • Under "Find Free Mango" search for and select "Woodstock Public Library"
  • Enter your library card number

Please note: you can navigate back and forth between the app and desktop versions of Mango Languages. Your personalized account will ensure your progress is saved no matter how you access this resource.

Family Profiles

Each Mango Languages account allows for up to five distinct learning profiles. Ages settings (content classification) are available for parents to implement at their own discretion.
